中心简介/导师简介

先进电子材料研究中心成立于2010年，在先进电子封装材料国家地方联合工程实验室平台的支撑下，筹建深圳市电子材料国际创新研究院，致力于晶圆级封装关键材料、芯片级封装关键材料、介电材料、热管理材料、电磁屏蔽材料、封装材料计算与仿真、金属互连材料与封装材料可靠性等方面的前沿研究。

热电转换材料与器件方向组建于2020年，负责人刘睿恒研究员，国家级青年人才项目、广东省杰出青年基金、深圳市优秀青年基金获得者，团队主要从事室温附近热电材料与器件研究、芯片元器件主动热管理封装技术、半导体薄膜与传感器件研究。迄今共发表Nature communication、Joule、Energy & environmental Sicence等学术论文80余篇，团队依托集成电路材料全国重点实验室以及国内唯一的电子封装材料验证线，具备完备的芯片级热电热管理材料与器件的研发、表征测试平台，承担了国家级、及省市级项目多项。

岗位职责/研究方向

MEMS热电器件设计研发；

材料相场仿真

任职条件

1.获得博士学位不超过3年，年龄在35周岁（含）以下，具有较强的英语能力；未在广东省从事过博士后工作；

2.具有MEMS热电堆器件维纳集成研究经历，或者材料相场仿真研究经历，并在相关领域发表过学术文章；

3.具备独立负责和开展科研项目研究的能力；团队合作意识强，响应能力强，工作积极主动，有重大研究成果者优先考虑；

4.能够全职在深圳先进院完成博士后研究。

福利待遇

1.博士后薪酬待遇： 综合总年薪不低于36万，其中包含：

（1）广东省15万生活补贴；

（2）开题和中期考核合格者，享受深圳市政府每年6万元博士后生活补贴（两年合计12万）。

2. 在站工作期间计入我院工龄，在站期间表现有意者，出站优先留院工作；

3. 可选择落户深圳市，其配偶及未成年子女可办理随迁入户；

4. 缴纳五险一金，与正式员工同等享有年度考核奖金、年终奖金、横向课题奖励、专利申请奖励及伙食补贴等福利待遇；

5. 在站期间，可申报中国博士后科学基金资助（自然科学资助标准为一等12万，二等8万元）；

6. 符合条件者，可竞争性申报全国 “博士后创新人才支持计划”（国家给予每人两年共63万元的资助，其中40万元为博士后补贴，20万元为博士后科学基金，3万元为国际交流经费）此项目不予广东省日常经费及深圳市生活补贴兼得；

7. 博士后国(境)外交流项目此项目不与广东省日常经费及深圳市生活补贴兼得；

8. 广东省海外博士后人才支持项目（在站60万/2年，出站留粤住房补贴40万/3年，总额100万）此项目不予广东省日常经费及深圳市生活补贴兼得；

9、出站后留深工作者，可申请深圳市博士后出站留（来）深科研资助30万元，每年10万共计3年。

Introduction

Job Description Postdoctoral Research Fellow

Research Areas:

1. Design and development of MEMS thermoelectric devices;

2. Material phase-field simulation

Applicant Qualification

1) Aged under 35. Have a Ph. D degree received within 3 years. Strong English ability is preferred.

2) Research experience in MEMS thermopile devices or material phase-field simulation, and published academic articles in related fields.

3) Applicants who have achieved significant research results preferred.

4) Full-time position.

Salary and Benefits

1) Salary and allowances:≥360,000RMB/year.

(Including 150,000RMB/year from Guangdong Province, 60,000RMB/year from Shenzhen City)

2) You may have the priority to apply for a faculty position in SIAT if you demonstrate outstanding research capabilities during the postdoctoral research period.

3) Successful candidates and their families (spouses and children) are allowed to have household/residency registration in Shenzhen.

8)Zhujiang Talent Program from Guangdong province for Postdoctoral fellowship.(Duration of funding: 5 years.Scale of funding: 1000,000 RMB )

9)The researchers will be granted with the start-up funding by the Shenzhen Municipal Government if they continue to work in the city after the postdoctoral period.(Duration of funding: 3 years.Scale of funding: 300,000 RMB )
